About the Creator

Hi, I’m Hilda a blessed and highly favored daughter of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I’m also a wife, a boy mama, a visionary, and a vessel.

My story is one of radical transformation: 100 pounds lost, a broken identity restored, and a voice that once shrank under the weight of childhood trauma now rising in freedom for God’s glory.

Praise & Progress was born in a season when the Lord invited me to release performance, survival mode, and hiding — and instead pick up the power of prayer and presence. It’s the fruit of a surrendered heart that asked:

“God, what does it look like to build with You at the center?”

As a first-generation Latina born and raised in East Los Angeles, later led through Phoenix, and now planted in Ohio, my journey has stretched across many spaces — from fitness to faith tools, from media to ministry.

Today, I serve as a leader within Lioness Ministries, a global community of women committed to walking boldly in faith, healing, and purpose.
