International Shipping and Customs

For international orders, we collect customs duties and import taxes at checkout using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. This means:

• The total price shown at checkout includes all applicable duties and taxes
• You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery
• Duties and taxes are calculated based on the destination country's regulations and the product's Harmonized System (HS) code
• These fees are estimates and may vary slightly from actual customs charges
• In the event of a return, product costs and shipping fees are refundable, but customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable as they have been remitted to government authorities
